  1. Of course riders don't go through this procedure prior to every ride. But the rider has to do some things, and they should be minimal and quick. When you drive a car, you open the door, insert the key into the ignition lock cylinder, and go. A bike's procedure should be just a quick.
Before I start with my bike, I have to negotiate it out to the outside, turn on all the stuff, lift the kickstand, adjust the mirror, maybe unlock the bike, do a quick visual check of the chain etc., and go. If my bike is folded-up, I have to undo that, naturally.

  2. Honestly I'm the type that goes out at 7 in the mornin & hook up the water hose & spray all my bikes down good then wash them down with soap, car wax & bleach then spray it all off after ive washed every part them let em sundry 4 bout a minute then proceed 2 wipe them down with detail spray 2 shine em up & also shine the tires, check the tires, oil the chain, & go over the whole body of the bike. Treat it right youll bike will treat you right 👍👍

  3. Don't use this gold lube in video its the hardest wearing it'll eat your chain and cassette through the friction heat its shocking how bad it is in lab testing

  4. When wiping any type of strut with an O-ring, always wipe away from the O-ring. Wiping towards it can push dirt into the O-ring, which, over time, can cause issues and reduce its effectiveness.
