It’s called chain suck and it means your rings are toast. Zooming in the big ring looks very worn and the teeth have a shark tooth shape. I suspect the middle ring’s teeth are the same

chain suck. worn chain or rings (esp w new chain) or very dirty (this doesn’t look that bad) or all the above.
if a new chain doesn’t fix it you need new chainrings (difficult to be sure by eye, but as the other post says they look worn)
