It’s definitely a old man mountain rack. Doesn’t look exactly as my divide tho. Perhaps it’s the made in U.S variant

I love Old Man Mountain. They are THE rack for Xbiking. As far as I know it’s the only kind of rack that can be attached to a bike that has no eyelets for it. You can buy long quick release axles and attach the rack using them, the axle going through the rack, dropouts and your wheel.
As for the other attachment point on the seat stay, they sell clamps that seem strong enough to me. I’ve been using mine for about a year now and have had no issues at all, except for all the strange looks I get having a full suspension downhill bike with panniers.

As others have said, it is an old man mountain divide. I have one and swear by it. If you’re mounting it, be aware that you need to get their fancy zip ties really tight. They make tools for it. My LBS had the tool, and tightened it up for me. Otherwise your rack will slowly slide down. Also, make sure you get the right fit kit!
