Hello to all! Picked this fixie up for $70 on marketplace and would like some budget friendly (wouldn’t mind spending a good amount but also love to saving money lol) recommendations to make it more efficient and faster. Eventually, would like to race at local crits on this bike with the hopes of getting on the podium. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Love it as is! I’d personally slam the stem for looks but other than that that thing looks great

How’s that saddle treating’ your sensitive bits… I would start there!
I’d start with foot retention like straps or toe clips. After that I’d say just ride it and figure it out on your own as far as what you should prioritize.

If you have to blanket ask ‘what upgrades do i need?’ you haven’t spent enough time on the bike. Take some time, learn what you like and dont like, go from there.
