Quite simply one of the fastest 5k road races anywhere in the country. We would love you to join us at our lightning-quick 5k in a fantastic location in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. This course was the fastest in the UK in 2018 & has course records of 13.45 (m) & 15.28 (f).
The race starts & finishes on nearby Ball Lane where a full rolling road closure will allow you to concentrate on the race & not the oncoming traffic. In only four years this race has cemented itself into the national road racing calendar with runners travelling from across the country to take part & has twice recently staged the England Athletics 5k Road Race championships.

Ridiculous… Best I managed in 5k was 18.33, not even a bad time by standards of the general population, but pedestrian vs so many runners at this event.
