Recently picked up some Gramm Tourpacking [Micro-Panniers](https://www.gramm-tourpacking.com/shopnow/micropanniers) which I’m very excited about. However I found that the fork mounts on the fork I have are angled outwards a lot. What can I do to make it so the pannier rack is straight inline with the wheel and rest of the bike?

The washers used in rim brake pads can be misused for this sort of purpose. I always keep them on just in case

Get some old cup/cone washers from V brake pad mounting studs. You’ll need two mating sets per mounting point. Bike shop might have a bin of ’em.

You could get the Old Man Mountain axle pack. It mounts to the axle and runs parallel to the rim

I know that the fork pack of Ortlieb has something to correct for angles but rn I can‘t look into it, what it is exactly

Ortlieb has a solution for their fork pack. But should work for different fork packs as well. But I have never used it.
