looks fine to me, definitely wouldn’t go any wide though
You should be more than fine. Normally they recommend a clearance of 5mm on all sides which you seem to have with ease.
I’ve read somewhere like around 4-5mm is a minimum

I think the most important clearance is the chain stays, at the bottom of the rear triangle. How’s it look down there?

Clearance is clearance. If it rubbed then you would have an issue.
Plenty of room, if the tire has knobs I think that would cause an issue
