  1. The best saddle height is the one that doesn't rock your pelvis and maintains your foot around 90º, I wrote this at the beginning of the video and obviously this is what you talked about. I'll add that this should be performed while you're cold which is equal to when you're tired. If you ride with someone ask them how do you look from behind, go down until your spine is mostly static.
The bike seems too small and the handlebar too low, his arms should also have a little bend to account for less vibration and tension to the neck and shoulders.

  2. That hip rocking is noticeable on the road. Will be much harder to ride on a painted straight line. The hip rocking moves the bike side to side. For me I also notice I'm too high when I start gravitating towards the nose and it becomes more uncomfortable. Also neck, trap and more weight on hands.

  3. You can never really tell if it is a good bike fit or new position unless you spend hours on the bike and through the days after the adjustments. You may feel more comfortable in the moment just after the adjustments, but may feel weird and uncomfortable after spending hours on the bike. Not everyone responds positively to bike fit standards.

  4. It seems to me that at the end the saddle is still to high and the upper body position si completely wrong, he needs to raise the handlebar and/or to have a shorter stem (arms are too straight and he seats on the tip of the saddle)

  5. Watched quite a few of these and it’s amazing how many riders have their saddles too high which I notice when I am driving. Much more than this rider as well – they are really reaching and rocking.
