Bianchi:
700c
Not much more information on the Bianchi other than it fits 5'6"-6' riders. I'm 5'10" and both bikes should fit me. Probably going to see the specialized tomorrow but both are less than 30 minutes from me off Facebook Marketplace. I'm just looking to ride city streets and suburban trails in MD to help in build leg strength due to a knee injury. No actual mountain or rough trails.

Both should probably be fine for your needs.
I would be inclined to ask how old the tires are on the Specialized if it’s barely been ridden, as they claim. Depending on what they say, you might consider asking if they’ll knock a few dollars off and put that savings towards new tires.
