Looking at the state of your bike I’d say:
1. Fresh bar tape
2. New saddle? Looks pretty worn
Other than that I guess your bike is fine, you have old, but it is still ultegra. Anything ‘better’ than this ultegra would probably cost as much as your bike(e.g 105 mechanical)
