Looking for my first road bike. For context I have previously run half/full marathons and I am looking to transition towards cycling for part of my training since doing 100% running as cardio has not been kind to my knees and I also live in an area (Seattle) where there are some beautiful trails.
Any thoughts on these bikes? I was told by my cycling friends to check out Endurance since it's not an extremely aggressive lean and I can still get a solid workout. Open to suggestions. Thanks!

Canyon’s endurance bike is called the **Endurace**.

I have the Endurace CF SLX 8 AXS and I really love it, would absolutely buy again.
Between the two bikes most differences are minor but one that is worth considering is the integrated cockpit on the CF 7 you linked, while very sleek and nice, does make working on your bike a bit more challenging if you’re someone who, like me, insists on doing things themselves.
