I just bought my first road bike and the shifting does not work as seen in the video. I tried to mess with the L, H and B limit screws without any luck. Please help me, what is wrong and how to fix it?

Check low screw and shift down in the front
Did you turn L screw in? That would limit low gears.turn back out. Shift to highest/smallest gear, how is cable tension? Turn barrel adjuster in all the way, then back out one turn, un do cable clamp pull cable tight, tighten clamp. Now try shifting.adjust barrel to get shifting right. Good luck!
Assuming H&L screws are loose, what gear does the DI2 think it’s in compared to what it’s actually in. On an old cable mech I’d say the cable has stretched but this is di2. Wind out the H&L to max and see if that helps
Who needs a bike mechanic when you can buy online and get a perfectly functional bike shipped right to your house
Here is a link to the Shimano dealer manual for that rear derailleur. It has step-by-step directions for adjusting it properly. If you aren’t comfortable following the directions, a bike shop can set that up for you.

Take it to the bike shop before you void your warranty
