if the saddle hurts after trying out multiple positions it probably doesn’t fit you, try another one.

I’ve got a couple thousand miles on mine. I have one on each of my bikes. And 6 as spares for when I get more bikes. (Found what I liked and didn’t want issues ordering more if they discontinue this saddle)
They fit me, but they don’t fit everybody. Bibs help me get to hour 3 or 4 before I’ve got discomfort.

Works, I have it on my road bike and train for up to 4 hours few times a week. Doesn’t hurt my bones or my butt but my back is constantly stiff on one side. Probably due to riding track in only one direction.

If you require cycling shorts to avoid pain on a regular ride, then the saddle is not right for you (unless the groin pain is from chafing). Experiment with moving it around, and if that doesn’t work, try another shape.

Is it durable? Nice shiny frame btw 😁
