I swear on my life I didn’t steal this bike. Got it off Facebook and just noticed the weird skewer caps. Trying to flip to the fixed side of the hub. How do I remove it?
Bit finicky, but it worked enough to swap them out for standard QR skewers.

Simply remove the nut on the axle in your 2nd photo. You’ll probably have to use a wrench to secure the cap on the other side while you remove the nut.

I’ve used a pin punch to start the threads loose. Or you could file flats for a wrench.

Somewhere in a move I’d lost the key to my Pinhead locks, similar setup as what you’ve got. I used this:
