Man, where’d you find this recipe? Got the esposa one for the holidays and her day was ruined for a minute when the only recipe in the included cook that used regular milk (all others were dry milk), and it came out just nasty. I cleaned it up and am trying your recipe out as I type this. Wish us luck for Christmas 🎅🏽

My stupid bread maker makes the palest crust ever. Even when I select dark crust 😑 I can't believe how dark yours is on the light setting! Don't get the Cuisinart one, y'all.
I have the same one also from goodwill, I love it. Makes small portions of bread (so you finish it before it goes stale) but also great for pizza dough! You should download the manual for a ton more recipes.
I got a bread machine that was left behind when my DIL decided to abandon her family & took off. I’m a new sourdough baker, doing it by Hand & decided to give it a try, right now. It’s 1:59am on Dec27, 2 days after Christmas, early morning. I’m going to use my own wild yeast that I fed early yesterday morning that is risen to peak right now to see how she works instead of the powdered store bought yeast I saw him put in the machine. It should work since he’s adding other liquids. Fingers crossed that when I wake up, I’ll have a fresh loaf to cut into.
You are adorable and too funny. This was a great short. I just ordered the Cuisinart convection bread maker today and I'm so excited to use it. I feel like a kid again waiting for Xmas morning. My beautiful daughter helped me get it. I'm so grateful. 🙋👍😂🍞🍞🍞🥖🥖🥖🥐
