Hi everyone,
I have a Spe Crux from 2021 on which I mounted a Di2 Shimano XTR M9050 3 years ago. Everything was working fine but I recently decided to change the cassette (going from a 11-36 Sunrace to a Shimano SLX 11-46 11S) and now the bike chain (which was also changed) constantly jumps off the crankset (44T mono) from the 8th sprocket. I did all the settings to make sure the new cassette works fine but I have no clue on why I am having this issue… Do you guys have any idea ? I am going crazy !
Thanks in advance.

The larger cassette will reduce the number of the the chain engages with the chain ring. You need a narrow/wide and possibly addition chain retention
Check if any of the teeth on your chainring are bent, could be causing the chain not to catch. Check the chain for stiffness or twists.
Not sure. I would make sure the original cassette and the new one call for the same type of chain (width) and that you have the correct new chain type. I am also wondering – right now the bike is upside down and I see the chain come off. is the also happening when you are riding the bike? Just wondered if that might have something to do with it.
