Looking for name of this replacement part for my Yakima frontloader

I couldn’t find the name of it anywhere on google. I think it came off during one of my trips. It’s the part right behind where you tie down the back wheel (circled in pic). If anyone knows where I can buy a replacement part that’d be great 🙂
