its a boost thru-axle hub with damaged bearings thats why i need to remove them

Yes, at least one cone wrench for the cone nut, and the appropriate size open-end wrench for the lock nut. A large adjustable wrench will probably work too. You’ll need to measure what size you need for the cone wrench. It’s probably larger than 19 mm.
