  1. Hi Harvey, or is it Dave as I've seen in some other comments? I like the "morning" shout outs to other cyclists (and pedestrians), I do the same. Most respond back but I've found a few are ignorant or just plain miserable! Got the Mirano base layers, long socks, gloves and silk balaclava but it's fingertips and nose that still get cold! Roy's got the heated gloves which I consider but battery run time not long enough. Best wishes for Christmas and happy cycling in 2025, looking forward to more videos.

  2. Some nice tips there, not considered the battery cover and will look into that. My tip for the feet is Lake winter insoles as I have not found anything better to keep the feet toastie. They generate warmth as the feet move on them. Used them in -4C and no cold feet.

  3. Merry Christmas Harvey, hopefully 2025 will be the year i take the plunge for the Creo. Started the process with booking a bike fit. Fair play on you cycling all year. It's beautiful this time of year. Stay safe.

  4. Thanks mate, some great tips there. Thanks for all the info this past year, its really helpful. Happy xmas and looking forward to some great riding in 2025.

  5. Great tips there Dave I did invest in winter cycling shoes witch was a game changer for me as cold feet is horrible but I also got some cheap heated socks and wow toasty trotters is lovely as I found the heat foot warmer really need a bit of air to keep them warm.the hand warmers seem ok I find to keep your hands nice and warm have a great new year mate always a pleasure to watch what ride you go on stay safe 🚴👍

  6. Great video with some top tips. To be honest my best buy were winter boots (I got Northwave Artic model) but make sure you size up as if they fit normally you don't get sufficient air around your feet to warm up so make sure you size up! I went up two sizes and it was a game changer. Same with the heat patches, they need air to work effectively. HNY

  7. I find cold fingers the worst bit about cycling in winter so I also double glove apart from yesterday. My fingers were swollen after I came back. 🥶 . The only problem with double gloving or wearing gloves 🧤 is I find I can’t ring my bell to warn pedestrians. So have to call out politely instead.

Also my nose streams as well so have to constantly stop and blow my nose into my hanky. 🤧
