- Bought used (or stolen). Had frame fatigue on the chain stay but took it to a surf shop in Santa Cruise who did some carbon fiber grafting and repaint and still cant see where the crack was. This bike has logged about 10k miles with hardly a complaint. I cant rationalize why I need to upgrade. Why?

You don’t need to upgrade. It is perfect as is. It is one of the greatest looking bikes I have seen in my life. How much did you pay for that possibly stolen bike?
I used to ride a 2014 Ridley Fenix with 23mm. I recently bought a 2023 Canyon Ultimate, and oh my god the world of difference. Comfort, speed, look, you name it the new bike has it.
If you don’t need a new bike, you don’t need to upgrade, but 11 a years is a lot in terms of bikes becoming better!
