Thanks for the help, sorry I’m an idiot (update)

I just wanna say thanks to everyone for all the help, this is such a helpful welcoming community. Turns out I’m stupid and you guys were right, it was just the tire not the rim. However I do plan on learning to true as I’m assuming I’ll have to at some point. But I just wanted to say thanks for all the help and we are all good now!👍
