Anyone know what these are or the cause could be, and whether it's gonna be an issue? Noticed a few at first after it's been in the shed for a week. And now flared up a lot after having the bike a few months.
I'll contact Giant as well; just for a quick check in.

I would definitely let Giant and the shop you bought it from know about this. They may just be cosmetic, but no way does Giant want one of their brand new frames rolling around looking like this. They’re no stranger to Revolt frame recalls and may just send your shop a new frame to swap your parts over to.
I had this recently on a handlebar. I’ve googled it, and it is most probably bad prep of the frame and moisture under the paint. So that would make it a manufacturing problem.
So having it in the shed with changing weather conditions has made them appear (but this is not the cause)
Ooof. I would try to warranty it
I had this happen to my revolt, I contacted the retailer, and they got a warranty replacement, it was like it had spots.
