You can buy packs of 5-10 of these on Aliexpress for under £2. Search for “internal cable routing tool”. Have used both the SRAM and Aliexpress ones, and the AliX ones are usually knurled and easier to start turning into the hose compared to SRAM (which are almost constantly out of stock with distributors anyway)

I LOVE this part, has saved me and the boys sooooooo much time on occasion!!! Though when it comes apart in the frame, that sucks a bit!!!
