Drill a hole or few and file/saw it to shape?
Go slow with a drill bit then shape the hole with a hobby saw / needle file, or use a dremel
I’m not sure how this product functions, if you have more pics of it please attach!
The plastic is likely acrylic or polycarb.
If drilling a hole:
– use a tiny drill bit to make a pilot hole
– ideally get a plexiglass drill bit to drill larger body hole – these have much steeper drill points. Go slow.
– you can probably get away with a regular drill bit if you slowly step up the size
If cutting:
You can probably get away with a hand saw with a blade meant for cutting metal or plastic. The saw with have much finer & closer teeth than a saw made for wood of MDF.
That being said, I have no idea what this case looks like or does, these are just general plastic guidelines!
