Yes. Not a big deal, bike shop can straighten it for $20-25.

Your derailleur hanger is bent to shit. I’d just have a shop replace it with a new one instead of trying to bend it straight. They are cheap-ish and are meant to be disposable / replaceable. The derailleur itself looks pretty good and would probably be straight once a new hanger is put on there.
