This is a Ridgeback Voyage isn’t it? I did some of my finest riding on that and had it for years. I’ve just gone through some of my photos to see what my set up looked like and your secondary brake levers seem to be so much closer to the centre than mine were, I had a lot of space to mount stuff there. Did you set it up yourself?
