Got back from a gravel ride on some MTB trails, noticed that part of the rear jockey wheel had snapped at some point. Will this be safe to ride or am I best not risking it? My shop isn’t open again until the 7th January.
It’s a Ribble Level OSPW. Seems to spin ok just with a bit of noise as it misses part of the chain but unsure if I’m risking a full snap with part of it already missing?

I think that’s asking for trouble – under load with some debris it could cause a lot of damage.
I’d replace it before riding.
look at rule 4 of this sub.
“If you have to ask, don’t ride it.”

If such a thing would be “safe to ride”, you would see this design coming from the factory.
Just put the original wheel in there until you can get the OSPW replacement.
Slap a standard cheap one in there until you can replace it with like for like.
That’s not engineered for singletrack, and you can tell by the way that it is.

It’s not safe to ride anymore, if you do so regardless you are likely to damage other parts as well.

Easily replaced
That kind of part when new is only for climbing racing. Gravel is a hilariously incorrect place to use it… like skateboarding in dress shoes.
Dang dude that looks like it was sand blasted 3k miles ago.
