2023 Sl5 Trek Domane ($2400 new on Closeout)
After years of buying used bikes this is my first ever new bike purchase. I previously rode the wheels off of a 2006 Trek 5200 OCLV and boy does this new thing feel wayyyy better.
If you’re in the market and you can afford it, get something new. 10/10 would recommend.

And a beautiful log it is! I often wonder why kickstands aren’t standard on most mid to high range bikes.

Such a beautiful bike my friend and so many many things can go wrong on that log lean. Yeah I like my road bikes pristine like a fine automobile, I leave the dings , dangs and lean on logs for my gravel and mountain rides. I d hate to see that slip,or worse have someone admire, puck it up, and lay it down w less care. Not a bike nerd, just looking out. I’ve seen it happen. Enjoy the ride.
