    It came mostly stock, but the rear shifter was junk and the top tube was waaaay too long for me. I added a random adjustable stem and swept-back bars from the used parts bins at Community Cycling Center (Portland) to bring the cockpit closer, swapped the rear grip shifter for a 7 speed trigger shifter, and got a used rear rack from Bike Farm for $8. I threw on the MKS Urban Platform pedals, PDW bottle cage, and the Crane bell from my parts bin. The Wald Basket, random grips and Planet Bike fenders are the only new components.

    It rides really nice, all the components work great, it can haul a fuck ton of groceries, and it’s surprisingly quick. I’m in love with this thing.
