String are stronger than steel only in tensile strength but when it comes to hardness,steel is harder so strings will be needed to replaced way more often than chains of the bicycle. Also the cost of ownership and maintenance is too much of a hassle 😅. That's the reason string bicycles aren't that popular. Anyways good video ✌🏼.
