I had a bike get beat up in shipment to me by UPS. I have put in a claim through Buycycle but the focus of the question is on the cost of paint repair or if it is possible on this type of scratching. It happened on a Felt Carbon Triathlon bike. Thank you all.

I wouldnt ride a frame that came like that, might be more than paint cracks and you have no way of knowing. Especially as it happened during transit.
