Setting up a new frameset (Winspace T15500 2nd Gen). Running fully internal cables with a Deda Superbox & Lambda Bars.
Routing cables was okayish, front brake currently bleed and working really nice.
Cannot get any pressure at all for the rear brake. Suspected a kinked hose first…investigated and doesn't seem to be the problem.
I cannot get any fluid to flow up from the rear caliper using shimano bleeding syringe (bleed nut open)
And no fluid seems to work down with gravity from the shimano bleed funnel.
Removed the hose at the shifter and fluid flows up to that no problem from the rear caliper syringe.
I suspect now the barb & olive is damaged, and I installed something incorrectly? Would this severely restrict the flow from the lever reservoir to the hose?
Fluid also seems to travel/bubble out from the reservoir out the back of the lever port with the hose detached when working the lever.
Any guesses or ideas would be much appreciated.
I'm about to lose my mind, and had hoped to get some Festive miles in on the new machine but not happening now.

I know this will seem a stupid question – when seating the barb and olive in the lever, has it been tightened on all the way, to pierce that black covering on the barb (assuming you haven’t shortened the hose and fitted a new barb, still using the factory fitted barb?)
