What you have is an outdated cyclocross bike that has been converted to a flat handlebar.
AWESOME way to get around town if the weather is good. Or maybe a cheap fitness bike for the bike paths.
However it is an outdated frankenbike and probably will sell for a couple hundred bucks.

Man, put a moustache bar and a frontrack on that sucker and cruise it to the park with a sixer up front. That’s the perfect short trip bike.

Depends on where you’re at and how the bike market is. I’d say anything between $200-350 sell price. So list it for $50 more because everyone will talk you down.

I, too, was going to say tree fiddy as a joke, but tbh, looking at it I think that’s about right. List it at $350 and hopefully it’ll sell for around $300, maybe 250.
