2024 YT Tues Core 1, 27.5. My first DH bike. Replacing 2020 YT Capra Shred (for sale).
Upgrades:
1: Customwheelbuilder DT Swiss FR 541 wheels with DT350 hubs.
2. Hayes Dominion A4 Brakes, 220 rotors.
3. Rear Assegai swapped for DHR2.
4. Cush core
5 Fox DHX2 factory with custom decal.
6: Deity Supervillain pedals.

7: Odi Reflex XL grips.
It all adds up to almost the value of Core 4 carbon bike. But!!!
I love the look of this model, and for the DH I did not want carbon. Also: I had tons of fun building/ upgrading it. It is exactly how I wanted it!
When I sell Capra and stock parts I should be in good shape.
Now, 4 more months before any bike park near enough will open up…. 😣
I hate waiting 😖

The price on this thing is so good it’s got me making up all kinds of excuses as to why I need a DH bike and I do not at all in any way need a DH bike… But man this thing is less than a couple hardtails I was looking at. Wish I could justify adding it to the stable.
Also the fact that I could grab a dirt jumper that directly matches the color scheme of this bike… YT is gonna have my bank account in a choke hold. Their current line up is outrageous. Top to bottom. The only models I technically have no interest in are the graveler and the older ebike (since the new one is so much better).
