Bought a Standert Triebwer cr frame with internal cable routing. Now I wonder if I'm missing something or if this design is just straight up bullshit. It's almost impossilbe to get the bb-shell through there. Once you do the housing is so bent that the cable has trouble moving and ints almost impossible to install the drive side bracket shell. Is there any trick or is this shit as stupid as it seems? I'm so pissed of by this build. Bikes should be easy and fun but this pos ist just a big bundle of problems and stress.

I know this might sound like a simplistic answer and it is defeating the general idea of this but I would just route the cables externally and not go through this hassle.
The cables either in the way of the BB or the BBs and the way of the cable…
What bottom bracket are you installing?
No NO pretty dumb on BSA shells, T47 this work better.
One make sure your BB has a center sleeve. the shift housing needs to go under not above, or the bend in to the chainstay will kink the housing making the cable move poorly. 2 loosen the cable from derailleur so you have slack to move the housing around. Ideally run new housing and leave extra at both ends to trim down later.
Install one side bb while pushing the housing down, tak extra care not to crossed thread the BB. install install the other side again taking extra care not to cross thread but this time also lining up the center sleeve~ Note: thread 100% buy hand untill the sleeve is lined up. Next run any vable through housing to make sure it moves freely. If does trim housing where you want it and shifter and derailleur side and install cable. Note 1.1 hyper slicks cables work extremely well here, Do not use coated cables they will gum up housing faster. Just a high quality polished stainless steel cable is enough.
fully internal routing is only viable with electronic shifting and hydraulic brakes in my opinion
Do you have drain holes or cable holes where you could pass a zip tie temporarly? I did this to block the cables at the bottom, install the bb, then cut and remove the zip tie.
This looks painful.
What’s wrong with external routing? You would have this problem 🤦
