  1. You’re too tense on the bike so you’re making the bike work harder, that’s definitely slowing you down a bit. Watch top downhillers, they are relaxed and move around to allow the bike to glide over terrain.

  2. It looks like your back was a little rounded, but it’s hard to tell in this clip. How do you feel about your bike body separation, fitness, and ability to keep your bike on the line you want during bumps?
