The front wheel can’t be trued, and you’re paying an Italian tax on it. Unless that bike just fits you wonderfully and you love it, consider other options. Also, are you sure you don’t want brakes? Fitting brakes on the cheap end is maybe 20 – 40 if you have a bike coop or closer to 100 through a shop. Though a used aerospace wheel in eBay is like 200 bucks.
