Got given this from a mate who has no idea about the bikes background. It has a “renovated by Bob Jackson” sticker but can’t work out if it was originally built by BJ or not. Serial number on the BB reads 060657 and 165 (I think). I’m also pretty sure it’s a 68mm BB.

I’m a big noobie with vintage bikes, so any help identifying it would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve left this at my parents house so don’t have immediate visual access to it btw. Hoping to find all the parts I need for it secondhand in london to bring back and build it up when I next visit my family.

Whatever it is, beware those forks are bent at the crown, and I can’t really tell but the bottom side of the town tube could be crimped too. Even if you plan to replace the fork, have that frame inspected

The real mystery is “was the frame damaged by the collision that bent the fork?”

Check under the down tube for a dimple, I think I see one, but the plywood background is a little bit distracting to the eye
