  1. This happens when drivers want to turn right before they reach the crosswalk, too. When the bike bell is not enough, I scream bloody murder as if I was hurt to alert the driver that starts turning into the bike lane. If they can hear you and paying some attention, they do realize the problem.

Not all drivers do shoulder checks or remember bikers are around.

  2. If you was holding on to both handlebars then you might have been able to stop before impact so it's 50/50 in this case because you're not in proper control of your bike since you failed to use the brakes because your hands were full.

So you're both in the wrong on this one.

  3. Your fault 100% why are you carrying drinks with your hands? If you would of had them on the bike you would have been able to steer away or hit the brakes in time. Also he clearly was going to park there and if you look you were directly on his blind spot near his car when he turned.

  4. show us the footage at normal speed. Dude was pulling into the parking space, not trying to hit you. Clown. Too bad you didn't break something.. and I'm not talking about your bike.

That said, car is obviously at fault but you're a dumbnut for trying to say intentional.

  5. While court my try to say you didn't have your hands on the handles/argue distracted biker, seeing as there is no turn signal that would be a hard argument for a lawyer to win against you

  6. I mean he’s definitely liable. I don’t understand where you get that this was intentional when the guy asked you directly if you are hurt twice. Strange caption
