I just ordered a GT Grade Sport that I will be using for commuting. It looks like a fantastic value right now (perhaps due to GT's current financial troubles).
I am hoping to attach a rear rack to the bike, but it doesn't look like there are rack mounts on the seat stays.
Would something like this seatpost clamp with rack mounts work?
And for the part that attaches to the chain stays, can the rack and fenders share a single chainstay mount?
Thanks for advices!

I’m sorry I’m not here to answer your rack question. I just wanted to say I’ve had my grade sport for a few weeks. It’s my first “road” bike. I really like it. You’ll see some complaints about the brakes. And they’re not necessarily wrong, but if you take the time to dial them in, they’re not too bad. Also, it has a really long reach, so you might have to do some cockpit adjusting to make it a comfortable commute. I’ve been doing a short commute on mine and I really like it and I’m excited for you!
