Hard creaking sound when pushing hard on the pedals Tarmac SL8 Shimano BB30

My bike is -+6months old and I have a super hard creaking sound coming from my bike, normally I would go to a mechanic but with Christmas around the corner I’m looking for a fix that would be done before Christmas hopefully so I can continue riding!

* it’s both on the road and in the wahoo -> so not the wheel
* it’s also when not sitting on the saddle
* I already changed the pedals
* checked the derailleur bolts
* removed the crankset and regreased it

are there any other suggestions to try?

and it’s not BB30 it’s Shimano Hollowtech II (24 mm)
