There’s probably something sharp lodged in the tire that you’ll need to remove first before replacing the tube.

Rim tape maybe?? How does your tire look?

I had that issue with a poorly made wheel. The issue was that the wheel rays were occasionally poking into the air chamber when taking hits like driving into a hole, border, lifting the bike, …
There is tape you can apply on the inner side of the wheel (the rim) to help with that.

Longitudinal slits like that point to some defect in the rim or rim tape.

Had that issue few years ago, it was the rims tape that worn out, replacing them solve the issue, you could try to re-do the rim tape

Try inflating the inner tube without the tire on it don’t give it a crap ton of pressure just enough after patching it and try moving it back and forth and see if something happens if nothing happens on the rim deflated put it in the tire inflated a little and spin it and see if something’s in the tire that you can’t see
