Sealant leaking out between tread and sidewalls. Should I retire these tires or can I throw a tube in and ride them for a while longer? Don’t want them blowing out while I’m descending.

They’re actually made of rubber and polymers, not toast. You can’t digest a tyre.
Having multiple flats is a Vittoria tire’s natural state.
