It says what it is on the bike, a Fuji S10-S
It literally says Fuji s10-s on it. There should be a serial number on the bottom bracket shell; take that number and then Google “fuji serial number lookup” to figure out an exact year. Probably from the late seventies.
It’s decent but not really valuable. You may get $50-$100 for it.
