Oh, this reminds me of my sweet Surly KM. I had it painted orange crush metallic and outfitted with CK anodized green headset, BB, and hubs. Lord it was gorgeous. I ended up selling it, but I think about it every once in a while. I still have an orange Salsa La Cruz just sitting in my garage.
