Looking for some good looking rear rack and fender options for winter riding and commuting on my 2022 Diverge e5! I like the look of the cube nuroad fe fenders but don’t really know much about what I need to look out for in terms of mounts etc.

SKS would be the best option for lightweight, all weather fenders. The exact model will depend on how wide your tires are, and what the frame can take depending on the tires of choice. For racks, Old Man Mountain make some amazing racks, and if you wanna spend a little extra then you can always consider Tailfin. Costs a pretty penny, but everyone seems to have a pretty favourable review of it.
Hebie alumee? If you want something more permanent/nice
For fenders, get full coverage as long as possible, and preferably full metal. Especially the front fender needs to be long, as it will prevent so much grit from the road going on your feet and drivetrain.
I use SKS edge al with an additional spoiler, they work quite well.
