Pretty sure the problem is spotting my landing at 360 causing my rotation to stop (which is a task in itself to stop lol) but any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!

What you stated is correct; you spotted 360 and then remembered you were trying to 5.
I’ll add, try carving at the last minute when taking off the lip of the bank. You’re at 45 degrees with both tires still the bank, which actually takes away from your spin and height. Wait until you’re just about to get your front tire off the bank, and then try to spin like hell into the vortex
