- Yes I know I'm on an MTB
- Yes I know im on a 26er
- No I don't have money to buy a roadbike (im working with what i have)
So basically i just need some pointers on how to improve my form during a sprint. How do i get lower? or does this look optimal?

Your body should make a lightning bolt shape.
I am not an expert with body positions butt,
Mtb is for upright riding, your stance is for a dropbar setup and that looks uncomfortable and inefficient with flat bars. Your saddle is too high also. Maybe its better and more comfortable to adapt yourself on a MTB geometry stance rather than pushing a roady stance on an mtb setup? Just my thoughts.
A longer stem would get you more forward so you can get lower and more aero.
Long stems on mountain bikes, especially older ones were common. They’re cheap too.
