Looks like you need a new rear cassette, too. Lots of wear on the granny gear.

That’s a freewheel, not a cassette. Park FR 1.3 or similar freewheel tool is what you need.

You need a freewheel removal tool, like a Park FR-1.3. Very common for 5-7speed freewheels (not a cassette)
Edit: you also will need a chai whip

Before buying the tool (Park FR 1.3) needed to remove that freewheel, make sure that you can source all of the parts that you might be needing for that hub. Bearings are standard, axle might be straightforward, but cones might be pretty hard to match and cups might be an impossibility. If parts aren’t available, you may need to get a whole new wheel at the shop, where they’ll probably pop that freewheel off for a couple bucks, if not for free.
You don’t need a tool to reinstall a freewheel and you won’t need a chain whip as was suggested below. The freewheel just screws on by hand and will tighten up as you pedal.
