Got a 2cm gash in my fairly new tubeless tire. I couldn’t get it plugged, so I had to put a tube in it to get home. The tread still has a lot of life left, so it would be great if it’s repairable. I’ve already put new tires on the bike, but I’d like to keep the option of using this one again in the future. Do you think this is repairable and if so how?

I wouldn’t. Not an expert.
Unfortunately it’s just inviting trouble. Maybe patch it and hang it on the wall in the garage in case of an emergency but I’d still run it with a tube.
If you value your time and your health, just replace it.

Patch from inside, a drop of epoxy on the outside, run it with a tube in the future.
